I am an experienced and driven entrepreneur with a passion for developing innovative and practical products that really add value to people. In my career I have held various leadership roles, always focusing on product development, innovation and operations. This still makes me happy every day!

MetaQuip started as a hobby with a few friends but over the past 10 years has grown into a leading player in the Benelux for a broad portfolio of laser machines.

Since 2014 I am co-owner of MetaQuip Lasers BV, where I am responsible for product/marketing, finance, quality and contribute to the growth and development of the company.

Together with Raimond and Robert we look at where we see new needs in the market, Raimond then takes responsibility for the technical realization and I focus on how we communicate this on our website, social media and paper media.

Finances speak for themselves: keeping the accounts and an overview of MetaQuip's financial position.

Quality mainly concerns machine quality, product documentation and CE certification.

In addition, I have been Director of Product Development & Innovation at 2M Engineering since 2008, where I enjoy working on smart wearable sensors and medical devices for on-site use.

In addition to my work at 2M Engineering, I have been active as Operations Manager at Dutch Medical Devices since 2018, where I am involved in the development of medical blood diagnostic devices.

Previously, I worked at Philips in various key roles, including Consumer Marketing Director and Business Analyst in Eindhoven, Amersfoort, Amsterdam and Hong Kong. My experience in health monitoring, mergers and acquisitions, and new product and business development enables me to create valuable solutions that really make a difference.

I now especially enjoy achieving great results with smaller teams and trying to provide our customers with products and solutions that you would also be happy with.
