How the modular exchange system for fiber engraving lasers works

The modular exchange system consists of a base plate with a fixed hole pattern that can be perfectly aligned with the laser. The hole pattern is also reflected on the various fiber laser accessories such as the XY table, rotation table and the various rotation modules. This allows you to quickly switch between these different modules, without having to realign everything every time.

Switch between accessories quickly and easily

This new solution allows you to temporarily remove a setup for another job without any hassle. Easily remove the module and replace it accurately without having to search for screws to secure the module. The sturdy aluminum plates on which all modules are mounted make the process effortless. In addition, the holes make it easy to make stops with loose dowel pins.

You install an expansion module by placing it on the base plate. This is immediately perfectly aligned and you are then ready to start.
