The CO2 laser machine maintenance package is for the maintenance of the mechanical parts of your CO2 laser machine. Consisting of:

• Bio Clean cleaner for cleaning the inside of the machine and guides before using lubricant
• Multiclean foam cleaning for the outside and windows
• EUROL lubricant/grease for lubricating the guides
• Foam tips (10 pieces) & cleanroom tissues (10 pieces) for cleaning mirrors and lenses.

Besides the starter set, the products are also available separately and help you to keep your machine in optimum conditions.

Bio-Clean

During the use of the laser cutting machine, vapors, dust and cutting residue are generated that descend into the machine and are therefore also absorbed in the lubricants / greases. In order to maintain a properly functioning machine, the contaminated fats must be removed regularly.
Preferably, you clean the machine once a month with normal use. Use a cloth or paper towel to remove the excess and existing grease from the guides. This means that most of the contaminated fat has already been removed.

Now use the BIO CLEAN to inject the guides and any ballscrew with a moderate dose of liquid through the nozzle. After spraying, rub it clean with a cloth that does not fluff and make sure the parts are free of grease and contaminants. The parts are then ready to be provided with new grease.

ATTENTION: Do not use the BIO CLEAN on MIRRORS AND LENSES !! Avoid contact of the liquid with the lenses and mirrors. Apply as carefully as possible to the parts to be cleaned, not to be used on electronic parts. 1 litre.

Multi-Clean foam cleaner

Regular cleaning is important in order to continue to use the machine as well and pleasantly as possible. Nothing works better than a well-functioning, well-maintained machine. And that includes the outside. Clean the smooth surfaces regularly with the MULTI CLEAN FOAM.
Apply as desired, when the machine becomes dirty on the inside/outside, it is easy to clean with the Multiclean. Only use the aerosol on smooth surfaces and wipe the machine with a clean, dry cloth. 500ml.

You can also use Multi Clean Foam to clean mirrors and lenses.

Lubricant/grease

In order for the machine to function properly, the moving parts of new grease are regularly essential. Only then will the machine always deliver the best results, as expected.
After cleaning with the Bio Clean, apply new grease to the plain bearings and ballscrews. Distribute evenly with a finger or foam tip. Remove excess fat.

CAUTION: Never allow the electronic parts, mirrors or lenses to come into contact with grease. This causes damage to the relevant parts that negatively influence the proper functioning of the machine! 110gr.
