MetaQuip cliché laser engraving machines are easy to operate. With the included software it is child's play to quickly engrave your workpiece. With this software you can create your own design, enter text or import a vector design (logo) from other design packages such as Solidworks, Adobe Illustrator or other (vector) design programs. The software supports importing graphic image formats such as Coreldraw, AutoCAD, Photoshop and AI, PLT, PCX, DXF, BMP, SHX or TTF. This allows you to easily make an engraving of an image or photo. A Dutch manual is supplied with the laser software.

Features of the desktop cliche laser engraving machine
High Speed – Permanent Engraving
Engravings with cliché fiber lasers are usually placed within a few seconds and are permanent: resistant to chemicals and remain readable even under mechanical stress.
High resolution and precision
Thanks to the wavelength of 1064 nm in a fiber laser, a very small laser point is created, resulting in high precision for engraving and marking. This wavelength is 10 times smaller than that of a CO2 laser (10.6 µm), which means the fiber laser has a much smaller spot size. This allows even the finest details to be engraved effortlessly with extremely high precision and resolution.
Maintenance free
Cliche laser engraving and marking machines are virtually maintenance-free. In combination with the long lifespan and high engraving speed, these types of machines are extremely suitable for use in almost any working environment.
Operation
The MetaQuip desktop cliche laser works with a laser source that scans over the workpiece through an XY mirror in the laser head. This is the only moving part in the machine which ensures reliability and a long lifespan. Depending on the height of your workpiece, you manually set the focus height of the laser head. The control is done with a computer or laptop on which the laser software is installed. We can also supply these if desired.

Industrial air filter
When working with cliché lasers, toxic gases and small (metal) dust particles may be released, depending on the material to be engraved. It is important for your health not to inhale these! MetaQuip therefore supplies a certified one as standard industrial air extraction along. In addition to preventing possible health problems, the extraction also prevents these (electrically conductive) dust particles from contaminating your fiber laser machine, which benefits the lifespan of the machine.
