MetaQuip's fiber laser metal cutter from the production series cuts effortlessly through a large number of metals such as carbon steel, stainless steel, brass sheet and other metals. MetaQuip are available as standard with a work surface of 300 x 150 cm or 400 x 200 cm and is available with laser powers up to 10k Watt.

Production laser cutter for large dimensions metal sheet material
The Fiber laser metal cutter Production series are high-end metal laser cutting machines, designed for production environments to laser cut large dimensions of sheet material at high speed with great precision. Key components are predominantly German / European, which means spare parts are quickly available. MetaQuip supplies the following machines as standard in the production series:
FC1530 with a workbed of 300 x 150cm
FC2040 with a working bed of 400 x 200 cm

Features and properties of the fiber laser metal cutter Production series
Fully automatic height sensor
Fiber laser metal cutter Production series are equipped with a fully automatic height sensor. This ensures that the laser head always follows the metal perfectly, even if the material is not completely flat. This guarantees a perfect cutting result. The height sensor samples the height 1000x per second and adjusts the height with a static accuracy of 10 micrometers (50um dynamic response accuracy) within a range of 0-25mm. The focus setting is set per material.
Mechanical parts
The quality of the guides is of great importance in order to continue to produce stably and well. In order not to make any compromises here, Rexroth guides from Germany were chosen instead of cheaper alternatives. In addition to good quality guidance, Rexroth can provide direct local service. If parts do need to be replaced, they are always available at short notice. To continuously provide the machine with good lubrication, MetaQuip's fiber laser metal cutter production series machines are equipped with an automatic lubrication device. This means that the customer only has to check the oil supply in the lubricator at a central location. It is therefore not necessary to lubricate the machine in all kinds of places, which saves time and can therefore no longer be forgotten.
Laser software and controller
MetaQuip uses for the fiber laser metal cutter Production series Cypcut or Hypcut. TwinCad 2.0 from the German company Beckhoff is also available as an option. The user-friendly software and controller enable laser cutting at high speeds. The software has local support and extensive training options throughout Europe in your own language. Possibilities for adjustments/extensions to the software and regular updates.
Frame, Engines and Chains
The Metaquip Production series are built on an extremely stiff frame, allowing the machine to achieve high accuracy and precision. In addition, these laser machines use high-intensity chains that operate stably and reliably at the machine's high speeds. Spindles and controls are optimized for smoothness, speed and low noise volume.
High speed cutting head
Lightweight and minimalist design suitable for gears and high speeds. Fully dust-free optical path for long life.
Auxiliary Gas Control
The Production series machines are equipped with SMC controllers for the gas supply and control. SMC is an international top brand with local service and quality. The controller is able to directly digitally adjust the gas supply and has good repeatability of settings to enable quick switching between materials.
Different sheet materials
Carbon steel, stainless steel (stainless steel), aluminum, titanium, galvanized steel, galvanized sheet, copper alloys and many other metals. The thickness of the metal to be cut depends on the laser power and the cutting gas used. A higher laser power is required for cutting aluminum or copper.

Air extraction and filtering
The closed cabin is equipped with extraction at the top and bottom. This keeps dust and smoke generated by the laser cutting of metal completely insulated in the machine. Oil fumes can be discharged directly via the top suction while the metal fumes from the cutting are discharged through the bottom suction. This reduces the concentration of hazardous fumes to a minimum while working. The operator does not have to enter the laser cutting space during the process and can, after processing, bring the material out by changing the bed.
The metal fumes released when laser cutting metals are harmful to health. A good air extraction and filter installation is therefore necessary. The fiber laser metal cutters from the Production series have a built-in intelligent extraction system that makes it possible to extract metal dust directly and adequately. MetaQuip can advise and provide you with a suitable solution such as the BOFA AD2000 or AD4000. Bofa is a European brand that attaches great importance to quality. Their unique design of the coarse dust filter provides an enormously large filter surface area, which increases the filter capacity.

CE certification & laser safety
The Fiber laser metal cutter Production series are closed machines of laser class 3R, so they are always safe for the operator. The machine is CE certified and complies with the applicable machine guidelines.
MetaQuip considers safety of paramount importance. The machine is completely enclosed so that no light can get out anywhere and reduces the risk of laser radiation and offers safer protection for the operator. The doors of the machine are equipped with interlock closures so that the laser source is switched off immediately when a door is opened. Cameras have therefore been placed in the machine in order to have a good picture of the machine's activities during cutting. Directly above the controller software is a second monitor that directly displays live images, giving the operator a view of all parts of the cutting field. As a result, windows are not necessary, which further reduces the risk of emerging laser light.
