The Fiber laser metal cutter Production series are metal laser cutting machines, designed for production environments to laser cut large sheet metal at high speed with great precision. Key components are predominantly German / European, which means that spare parts can be delivered quickly. The production basic laser cutter can optionally be equipped with an exchange bed.
The optimized design greatly reduces the space occupied by the machine and facilitates transportation. The production base has a sturdy bed and an integrated sheet metal structure that supports modular installation. The fiber metal laser cutter production base is equipped with high-quality hardware to ensure efficient and stable operation.

Fully automatic height sensor
The metal cutters from the production basic series are equipped with a fully automatic height sensor. This ensures that the laser head always follows the metal perfectly, even if the material is not completely flat. This guarantees a perfect cutting result. The focus setting is set per material.
Mechanical parts
In order to continue to produce stably and well, the quality of the guides is of great importance. In order not to compromise here, Rexroth guides from Germany were chosen, instead of cheaper alternatives. In addition to a good quality guide, Rexroth can provide local direct service.
Laser software and controller

Different sheet materials
Carbon steel, stainless steel (stainless steel), aluminum, titanium, galvanized steel, galvanized sheet, copper alloys and many other metals. The thickness of the metal to be cut depends on the laser power and the cutting gas used. A higher laser power is required for cutting aluminum or copper.

Air extraction and filtering
The closed cabin is equipped with an extraction system. This keeps dust and smoke generated by laser cutting metal completely isolated in the machine. This reduces the concentration of hazardous fumes to a minimum during work.
The metal fumes that are released during laser cutting of metals are harmful to health. A good air extraction and filter installation is therefore essential. MetaQuip can advise and provide you with a suitable solution such as the BOFA AD2000 or AD4000. Bofa is a European brand that places great value on quality. Their unique design of the coarse dust filter ensures an enormously large filter surface, which increases the filter capacity.

CE certification & laser safety
The Fiber laser metal cutter – Production Basic series are closed machines of laser class 3R so always safe for the operator. The machine is CE certified and complies with the applicable machine guidelines.
MetaQuip considers safety of paramount importance. The machine is completely enclosed so that no light can get out anywhere and reduces the risk of laser radiation and offers safer protection for the operator. The doors of the machine are equipped with interlock closures so that the laser source is switched off immediately when a door is opened. Cameras have therefore been placed in the machine in order to have a good picture of the machine's activities during cutting. Directly above the controller software is a second monitor that directly displays live images, giving the operator a view of all parts of the cutting field. As a result, windows are not necessary, which further reduces the risk of emerging laser light.
