Description
Nippon Carbide AX series self-adhesive foils
Designed for use in extreme conditions
The NIPPON Carbide AX series self-adhesive films are resistant to high temperatures. The labels are water and chemical resistant and can therefore be used in humid or other extreme environments.
Brittle double layer acrylic films
Once applied, it is practically impossible to remove these stickers in one piece due to the brittle structure. This prevents peeling and counterfeiting.
Permanent and safe adhesive bond
These stickers bond very well and permanently on a wide range of materials.

MetaQuip has developed a compact laser label engraving machine in collaboration with Nippon Carbide to laser the NIPPON AX series stickers quickly, permanently and razor-sharp.
All in one machine
The laser machine is a standalone machine that takes care of the roll throughput, the laser marking process and the free cutting of the labels and stickers.
Integrated controller with touchscreen operation
The MetaQuip FBS50 Laser Sticker Engraving Machine has an integrated control with a touchscreen screen. Create your design and your own custom stickers in minutes.
Supplied complete with industrial air extraction
The laser machine is supplied with an industrial air filter machine that complies with ISO 15012-4:2016 for maximum safety. Manual in Dutch or English (other languages on request).
