Laser engraving of round, cylindrical and conical objects
With the rotary engraving module for the CO2 laser machine Desktop LITE2+ you can perfectly laser engrave round objects such as drinking glasses, aluminum drinking bottles, rods and tubes. Because the object itself is rotated, the focus distance between laser head and object remains constant. This results in a high-resolution engraving that does not run at the edges.
Rotary engraving module for the LITE2+ CO2 laser machine
The rotary engraving module is specially developed for a MetaQuip LITE2+ CO2 laser machine and does not fit other laser machines. Your MetaQuip LITE2+ must be equipped with a rotation module connection in order to use this rotation module. This is an option that you normally have to indicate when ordering a laser machine. It is also possible to provide your machine with a rotation module connection afterwards, whereby you can choose to do this yourself based on our instructions or you can have the adjustment carried out by MetaQuip. The rotary engraving module is quick to install and connect!
MetaQuip has ensured that the rotary engraving module for the desktop CO2 laser machine can be quickly placed and connected, without further technical knowledge. This makes it easy and fast to switch between the normal laser functions and the rotation module. You need to remove the workbed, place the rotation module under the laser head and connect the connector. Then you need to select in the software that you want to use the rotation module and you can start laser engraving your round objects.
Switching back to normal laser functions is also quick and easy.
Laser engrave small and large objects, without clamps and without slipping!
MetaQuip has designed this rotary engraving module so that you can laser engrave both large and small objects. You do not have to clamp the object, but simply place it on the rollers. After that, you can laser engrave your round objects without slipping. It is important that there is no slipping so that the engraving is even everywhere and there are no jumps in the engraving work.
Pay attention!
Your MetaQuip LITE2+ must be equipped with a rotation module connection in order to use this rotation module! MetaQuip can make the necessary adjustment to the laser machine if it is not yet equipped with a rotation module connection. If you combine this with maintenance or servicing, the additional costs for the adjustment are minimal.
