Returns

MetaQuip provides a warranty on the machines as indicated with the products. We work according to the Metaalunie conditions. Returning machines is not standard. We always look for a suitable solution in consultation.

You can not return the following items:

• Software whose seal has been broken or the packaging has been opened or have been installed or registered.
• Components, parts and items. If defective or damaged, report this within 7 days of delivery by email: support@metaquip.nl
• Correctly executed services, such as installation and installation costs.

Shipping costs for returns are for the customer.

You can pay at MetaQuip based on:

• Direct bank transfer
• iDEAL
• PayPal. You can also pay with a credit card via Paypal.
