MetaQuip uses the general terms and conditions of the MetaalUnie. Below you will find the general terms and conditions of the Metal Union in somewhat simpler language.

Price

We always tell you honestly what, when and how you can buy something and what it costs. Our prices are all exclusive of VAT. We do our best that the prices on the website are always correct and up to date, but there can always be a mistake. That is why - if there is an error on the website - we will always inform you about this when ordering, with the possibility to cancel the order after all.

Payment

An order for a machine is only definitive when the first payment has been received. From that moment on we reserve your machine. For the second payment we use a payment term of 15 days after delivery. All other items must be fully paid for delivery. If you pick up yourself at MetaQuip: we have the possibility to pin.

Postage costs

Shipping costs are described on the product page and vary per product and depend on the distance to METAQUIP. When we deliver and install machines on location, we do that ourselves, so that we can be sure that you can get started with your machine. This costs costs unless explicitly stated that the delivery costs are included.

Delivery time

Delivery times on the product pages are indicative. In a number of cases we have parts or machines in stock or are transported to us, but it is also possible that the production of your machine will be completely started. When ordering, we can give an indication of the delivery time, it remains human work, so there can always be a difference between the indication and when we deliver the machine. We always do our best to deliver your machine as quickly as possible, but we want to guarantee the quality we stand for: that is really first.

Guarantee

Warranty on machines and parts is on the product pages.

Exclusion of right of return

You can not return the following items:

  • Software whose seal has been broken or the packaging has been opened or have been installed or registered.
  • Articles with user traces or damage.
  • Correctly executed services, such as installation and installation costs.

Shipping costs in case of returns

Shipping costs for returns are for the customer.

Complaints

We do everything we can to remedy your complaint. If you have a complaint, let us know quickly. Describe your problem as clearly as possible, then we can help you. You will receive an answer from us within 3 days at the latest.

Errors in the above conditions

In the event of disputes arising from the above conditions, we will always fall back on the general conditions of the MetaalUnie.
