Production laser engraving with fiber lasers
MetaQuip has designed and realized a custom fiber laser machine for a customer. This machine can laser engrave different objects at the same time with great speed in a parallel engraving process.
This production process automation with fiber lasers enables the customer to provide large objects in the production line with a type number or barcode at high speed.

Central control. Parallel version.
Each part must be provided with a unique code. A central control unit has been created for this, which is linked to a central database. In order to achieve the desired speed, the laser engraving work is divided over 8 different fiber laser machines that work in parallel. These fiber laser machines can simultaneously laser engrave a metal part independently of each other and provide them with a unique code for each location.
High quality
MetaQuip has brought this solution from idea to machine together with the customer in a short time and implemented it on the basis of high-quality parts, so that years of trouble-free operation can be guaranteed with minimal downtime.

The fiber laser production machine in action
A short impression of what is possible with this machine. The displayed speed has been reduced so that the operation is clearly visible. The same concept can also be used for a large number of comparable volume production applications.

We are happy to look together at how we can achieve this.
What has MetaQuip done?
MetaQuip has designed, realized and tested the complete fiber laser machine in close cooperation with the customer, including the centralized control software.
The complete machine has been installed at the customer with manual and declaration of installation and has been extensively tested in the production line.
Possibilities 8 up fiber laser machine
- Engrave larger and more complex objects with
- Various engravings / markings on it
- Different locations on the workpiece and all that
- In parallel at once for an optimal process time
