MetaQuip's laser tube cutting machine effortlessly cuts tubes and pipes from carbon steel, stainless steel, brass and other materials. The edges are super tight, so in most cases no further post-processing is necessary. The fiber tube laser can handle tube lengths up to 600cm, and optionally up to 800cm with diameters of 2-20cm or optionally 2-30cm.

The fiber tube laser is a high-end metal laser tube cutting machine for laser cutting of tubes, tubes and profiles. The tube laser is designed for production environments to cut at high speed with great precision. Operations that can be performed include:
- Cut to size
- Applying complex hole patterns (also at an angle with 3D head)
- Installing lock holes
- Laser cutting of complex profiles

Built by metal fabrication applications
Key components are predominantly German / European, which means that spare parts can be delivered quickly, also in the future. The TwinCad 2.0 control software belongs to the German company Beckhoff. We also supply this machine with Cypcut/Hypcut. The advantage of this is that this software works logically and stably, service and support is well organized and there are room training opportunities for operators in your own language.

The MetaQuip laser tube cutting machine cuts metal (round) tubes, (square, ...) tubes and profiles with ultimate precision without further post-processing. The tube laser works on the basis of a fiber laser that transfers the laser power directly to the material, requiring minimal maintenance, no adjustment resulting in high reliability. The frame of the MetaQuip tube cutter is extremely stiff and stable, so that cutting at high speeds is also possible without any problems. Thanks to the intelligent extraction system, metal dust and vapor is extracted immediately and adequately.

Air extraction and filtering
The closed cabin is equipped with extraction at the top and bottom. This keeps dust and smoke generated by the laser cutting of metal completely insulated in the machine. Oil fumes can be discharged directly via the top suction while the metal fumes from the cutting are discharged through the bottom suction. This reduces the concentration of hazardous fumes to a minimum while working. The operator does not have to enter the laser cutting space during the process and can, after processing, bring the material out by changing the bed.
The metal fumes released when laser cutting metals are harmful to health. A good exhaust air and filter installation is therefore necessary. The Laser Tube Cutting Machine has a built-in intelligent extraction system that makes it possible to extract metal dust immediately and adequately. MetaQuip can advise and provide you with a suitable solution such as the BOFA AD2000 or AD4000. Bofa is a European brand that attaches great importance to quality. Their unique design of the coarse dust filter provides an enormous filter surface which increases the filter capacity.
3D laser head (optional)
Fiber tube laser machines are also available with a 3D laser head, which means that in addition to cutting tubes and profiles vertically, it is also possible to cut at an angle or make slot holes. This offers interesting possibilities for a number of specific applications.

Optional – Automatic loading and/or unloading of pipes and profiles
The automatic tube loader can automatically send round, square tubes, etc. to programmed places, which can improve material loading efficiency. The control ensures that different types of pipes with different lengths can be realized fully automatically. Material transport, separation, length measurement, loading, cutting without human intervention. Using a car charger, pipe cutting can be coupled to other production machines to form a complete high-capacity production line.

Laser software and controller
The MetaQuip Laser Tube Cutting Machine uses Cypcut or TwinCad 2.0 from the German company Beckhoff. The user-friendly software and controller enable high-speed laser cutting. The software has local support and extensive training options throughout Europe in its own language. Options for adjustments / extensions of the software and regular updates.
High speed cutting head
Automatically adjusts the clamping force based on the profile and ensures that there is no damage to thin pipes.

Mechanical parts
To maintain stable and good production, the quality of the guides is of great importance. In order not to compromise here, we opted for Rexroth guides from Germany, instead of cheaper alternatives. In addition to good quality guidance, Rexroth can provide local service immediately. If parts need to be replaced, they can always be delivered in the short term. To continuously provide the machine with good lubrication, MetaQuip's fiber laser machine is equipped with an automatic lubricator. This means that the customer has to check the oil supply in the lubricator at a central location. It is therefore not necessary to lubricate the machine in all kinds of places, which saves time and can therefore no longer be forgotten.
The machine is equipped with an SMC controller for gas supply and control. SMC is an international top brand with local service and quality. The controller is able to directly adjust the gas supply digitally and has a good repeatability of settings to enable rapid switching between materials.

CE certification & laser safety
The MetaQuip laser tube cutting machine is a closed machine from laserkasse 3R, so it is safe for the operator at all times. The machine is CE certified and complies with the applicable machine guidelines.
MetaQuip considers safety of paramount importance. The machine is completely enclosed so that no light can get out anywhere and reduces the risk of laser radiation and offers safer protection for the operator. The doors of the machine are equipped with interlock closures so that the laser source is switched off immediately when a door is opened. Cameras have therefore been placed in the machine in order to have a good picture of the machine's activities during cutting. Directly above the controller software is a second monitor that directly displays live images, giving the operator a view of all parts of the cutting field. As a result, windows are not necessary, which further reduces the risk of emerging laser light.
