Cardboard boxes laser cutting for prototypes or small series is super fast with a CO2 laser cutter. Here a white background is shown, but the possibilities are unlimited if you use preprinted cardboard or print it yourself. Then it is also easier to remove any deposits more quickly and in most cases it will not even be visible. These cardboard boxes can be quickly scaled to the size you need. The fold lines are here cut for example as a sort of dotted line, which is of course not necessary for a real product.

In the examples below, a laser with just a little less power was used, this meant working at a lower speed of the laser head, so that the smoke development was deposited on the material. If more laser power were used than the edges would have been cut without any discoloration. The examples below are done with thin cardboard, but thicker cardboard can also be used. Always test first how the material cuts and how the result looks like.
