Quickly engraving one or 100k keychains is very fast with a fiber laser marking machine. Here is a small test on metal key rings that we have purchased for promotion in China.

Create a digital design of the text, logo or image you want to engrave. For the engravings on the leather a CO2 laser is used here and for the engraving on the metal a fiber laser. A very compact fiber laser has been used here that fits easily on any desk. These are often used by jewelers.

The engraving itself has happened in 5 seconds. In order to be able to engrave large numbers quickly, it is particularly important that you can quickly position a keychain immediately. For this we use a tailor-made holder of our own design. Of course, we can also support you with the laser engraving of key rings with the making of a suitable holder, or other adjustments needed to run production.

In the example above, a CO2 laser has been used for the leather Desktop CO2 laser machine LITE2+ to be precise. The metal is with one desktop fiber laser engraved, with an air filter to prevent harmful particles from being inhaled.
